    Hello all!

So we started using Street Shoe kind of recently but all of a sudden it is hard to find anywhere in my area including Rose Brand and any other major distributor. I am working on a show with a birch plywood floor that will be used for tap dancing and I am wondering if anyone has had luck with other products that can go through that kind of use/abuse for about 4 weeks.

The only other product I have been recommended in the Behr Concrete Floor Low Lustre.

    Thanks!

    Hi India,

We tested Street Shoe vs our favorite Coastwide Diamond 90 floor sealer, for a dance heavy show a few seasons ago. The look and durability were almost identical and the Coastwide product does not need a catalyst, and the cost is significantly cheaper- and best part is you can get it from office supply stores.  This is a high gloss finish if that’s what you need. we use anywhere from 3-8 coats of it to get a super high shine, applied with “water wiz” applicator pads. Not sure how tapping might be different but its worth a sample!
