Are you going to USITT Saint Louis this year? Are you leading or attending a class, or staffing a table? Let’s meet up!

I’ll be there from midday Thursday to midday Saturday, repping for GoSA and Infinite Scenic, and I’ll definitely be at the scenic mixer at the http://www.morganstreetbrewery.com” class=”bbcode_url”>http://www.morganstreetbrewery.com at 8 pm on Friday.

Other than the mixer, what else should I not miss?

I’ll be there too and I can’t wait! I think I should make it in time for some sessions on Wednesday and I am looking forward to chatting with all of the scenics who swing by the GoSA table.

I’m arriving Tuesday evening, and leaving Saturday. I too can’t wait to meet with all the wonderful scenics that come and visit our Guild’s Expo table, and perhaps a bit more excited about the Scenic Meet up Friday evening!

I think the session I am most looking forward to is the one about Tv/Film as its a field I only have limited exposure to and would like to explore more.

            See you there!

I’m in tech for the Humana Fest that weekend (and every weekend for the next month haha), but I’m trying to swing by Friday evening/Saturday. Not much time, but better than nothing! I’ll swing by the table to say hello!

It would be swell to finally meet up! We are also hosting the Scenic Artist Get-Together on Friday Night at 8pm at the Morgan Street Brewery!- when you come by the table we can give you the info!

If I can jump out of tech early I’ll be there for sure!

I’m excited about the women in Theatre Roundtable on Wednesday – from past experience the roundtables have been some of my favorite things. Also very excited about the Scenic Artist meet up on Friday!!

Hi Everyone! I am also attending USITT representing Tobins Lake Studios, I am the Resident Scenic Artist and backdrop designer. I also think it would be good to have representation at the Scene Design & Technology Commission Meeting on Wednesday at 4:30pm, I will definitely be there and hope to see some of you as well!

I just got home from USITT feeling so energized about all the amazing people we met! I’ll wait for Tina to give us the update on just how many people signed up to be part of GoSA, but from the 75+ person turnout at our Scenic Mixer on Friday night, we are thrilled about the positive reaction to what we’re doing here!

Thanks a million to everyone who introduced themselves and shared their stories, and to our founding sponsor, Rosco, for the awesome swag and for making our presence at USITT possible.

Check out Angelique’s blog posts over in The Scenic Route tab for more about our adventures in Saint Louis, and don’t forget to post your photos from the week with the hashtag #goscenicartists so we can find them and show everyone else on the site! We’d love to feature your industry-related findings on the site.
