Hello!
I know this question is not about paint itself, but I would love some advice. I am a Scenic Charge and Volunteer Coordinator for a large Community Theatre- about 400-500 volunteers on stage and backstage per year. I recently have faced an issue in which having a Code of Conduct would have been very helpful, so I am now setting out to make one. I haven’t found a good one for reference for backstage work, so I was wondering if any of you have a CoC, or suggestions on what to include. I live in a very conservative area, so the biggest issues I face are topics of conversation that the rest of the town may be comfortable with, but is not appropriate for the safe and welcoming environment I have been trying desperately to maintain.
Thank you in advance!
