Hello Artists! I am presenting at USITT this year for the safety commission- more details to come- and I am talking about the chemical hazards we as scenics have encountered.
I am producing a short video called “Scenics Anonymous” where short stories will be shared about our horror stories of being asked to work unsafely- or not knowing better- or what ever reason it was.

Years ago I tried to get my employer to start properly disposing of hazardous materials. Up until then he made me throw them out in the garbage. I argued with him and his end of discussion was, “If it was that bad for the environment they wound’t make it!”
