      Hi Friends,

We are about to paint your standard translucency. I bought NFR muslin to avoid “surprises” but we still need to add flame retardant. I would usually add PA to the paint and be done, but I am afraid I wont get the coverage I need based on the design. Has anyone added PA to the starch? Is that effective? Would that even work, or just be a waste?

I am probably not understanding entirely but we add 8 oz. of PA to every gallon to pass. Is this thinning your paint too much?
